Create Python package and publish to PyPI

The steps would be

1. make sure the pyVFRendering package can be used without bugs
2. make sure the ovf package can be used without bugs
3. create a requirements.txt
4. create a setup.py which also builds nanogui
5. adapt the Readme, but retain instructions how to manually build everything
