Improve for mobile: scrolling to tabs for settings

Due to the WebGL accepting touch, it is sometimes not possible to reach the tabs for settings.

My suggestion:
add a hamburger button to the e.g. top left corner of the WebGL area, which should either scroll down or somehow else bring up the tabs.
