Prepare v0.1.7 compatibility hardening

Summary

• use a monotonic clock by default for timestamp-paced replay
• validate Parquet compression codecs before constructing DuckDB SQL
• add regression tests for both behaviors
• make the read-only-directory test portable when the suite runs as root or on Windows
• document the release as v0.1.7

This is intended to follow the merged MBO/Stat wire-layout correction in #46.

Validation

• Julia 1.12.1: 3868 passed, 1 broken, 0 failed
• git diff --check: clean

The broken test is the explicitly skipped filesystem-permission assertion when tests run as root. Rust dbn-cli compatibility coverage remains exercised by GitHub CI.
