Improved composer create-project flow

If adding a tempest installer, please keep the composer create-project as an option (and in the docs), personally I really dislike having to install installers just to create a project.

I really liked the "old" laravel/sail installation flow: https://laravel.com/docs/11.x/installation#sail-on-macos & https://laravel.com/docs/11.x/installation#choosing-your-sail-services

perhaps something like that would be an option? (a plus if using docker was that you didnt have to have php on your machine, maybe something to think about?)
