Hi! You can turn off the looping feature of a Music reminder by tapping it in the edit screen. You can also create another step without a reminder, so you can move on to it after achieving something.

Do you mean I can only turn off the ringtone, or can I set it to something else?

In the timer edit screen, you can delete a reminder, like Music, from the menu after tapping it. You can also add an extra step as a resting phase.
