Subject: [PATCH] chore(vendor): bump tinytools to e2bf1be

Brings tinytools #52, #53, #55 and #56: the web fetch user agent, HTTP
request error detail, apply_patch top-level paths, and exit-code hints
(max_bytes bounds the extracted markdown, the description says so).
Crate version stays 0.5.0; no lockfile change.
