Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Add Python 3.15 service option

Offer Python 3.15 with paired production and workspace images from the first Python 3.15.1 image revision. Keep Python 3.14 as the default and preserve the existing runtime options.

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] Use Python 3.15 line image revision tags

Select the published 3.15-r6 and 3.15-dev-r6 image pair for the 3.15 runtime option. Keep the service manifest aligned with the runtime family tracked by automated image updates instead of selecting exact Python 3.15.1 aliases.
