A clarification on the build system deficiencies

I'm just curious what do the regressions in #3277 actually mean in practical terms? In particular the first two:
@import resolution for packages in build files ziglang/zig#36387
@import resolution in modules that are only accessible using std.Build.Dependency.module ziglang/zig#36388

I'm guessing these ones would prevent ZLS to correctly identify some dependencies/packages?

From what I have gathered yes, but the 2 regressions affect different situations. For the first, take @import("translate_c") for example. ZLS lacks the mapping from the dependency's name to fetch it's location so it can't reliably resolve the import.
