Declares the state that a permanent task keeps using before the
ProcessingThreadinPermanentTaskIsExecutedMultipleTimesandExternalRemovePermanentTaskWhileProcessingDoesNotKillThread. Declared after the thread, it was destroyed first, so the task could still touch it while the thread shut down.
