Give real server tests their own temp directory - #293

… root - RealServerTests and ExistenceCheckTests took temporaryRoot itself as their TemporaryDirectory and removed it at teardown, every later test that needs it failed in SetUp, the tracker tests after an upload suite for one - Each gets a directory below it now, the mock server's key is written there

RealServerTests and ExistenceCheckTests now get a temporary directory of their own below the process temporary root, instead of using the root itself. They removed the root at teardown, so every later test that needs it failed in its setup. The mock server's key is written into the new directory.
