Installer exe does not work

when trying to run the exe installer i will have to Microsoft pop you off windows defender and when i let it run nothing happens. After that every time i try to run it nothing happens.

i have tried to allow the exe through windows defender, even getting rust coder to get it to run .
Any help would be greatly appreciated

You have to unblock it in windows security on top of that. It'll work after that, I dealt w this issue last night

i have now done that for both the folder and the exe itself and nothing has happened again

After last update I have same problem - unblocking in security gives me nothing :/
