Point configuration, flashing, and bootloader docs at ARK32 firmware, ARK32-bootloader, and the ARK32 Configurator. Redirect the old am32-configuration and flash-am32 URLs.
Call out factory 2 %/ms, that a too-fast ramp desyncs large props, and that KV, poles, and ramp should all be set before first use.

I wrote this review for an agent to read. I'm going to run a session against this to address the feedback.
Name the ARK 4IN1 bootloader and app binaries, drop PB4/nSLEEP scare language, and split Why ARK32 from the configurator. Add ramp-rate starting points by kV, document pole/ramp limits, and show the factory-image st-flash path. Remove unused AM32 hex assets.

Rename the 4IN1 configuration and flash pages from AM32 to ARK32, and point every remaining AM32 name/link in that product docs at ARK32.
