fix(pcie): run only PCI_MM_02 mapping tests - #655

Conversation
PCI_MM_02 validates Normal Non-Cacheable PCIe memory mapping via P106 and P107. The wrapper currently invokes PCI_MM_01 first, which also pulls in Device Memory mapping/access coverage and can run unrelated checks such as Test 1516. Limit PCI_MM_02 to its own mapping entries so rule execution matches the checklist coverage and does not run PCI_MM_01 as a dependency.
