Why

Deploying from the branch publishes every file in it, so agent rules and
internal guides would go live at armada-dn.eu. This adds shared rules for
coding agents and guides for editing the site, and moves the deploy to GitHub
Actions so that only the site itself is published.

Changes

  • Add .gitignore for the per-clone identity, local agent config, scratch space and Pages staging.
  • Add AGENTS.md, the commit-msg and pre-commit hooks, and .gitidentity.example.
  • Add voice, design and content guides in docs/, generated from the site and partly still to fill in.
  • Deploy with a Pages workflow that leaves out what .pagesignore lists, and document the switch in the README.

Verified

  • validate-commit-msg.sh on all four commit messages: OK. All four are signed.
  • .github/pages-stage.sh run locally: exit 0, _site/ holds the pages and assets.
  • Every doc row in the README asset table is matched in .pagesignore: 8 of 8.
  • The workflow has not run yet. It runs for the first time after the Pages source is switched and this is merged.

Keeps the per-clone identity, the local agent configuration, scratch
space, Finder metadata and the Pages staging directory out of the
repository.
AGENTS.md carries the core rules for any coding agent and tells it to
read whichever other agents' instruction files are present. The hooks
check the commit message format and reject added lines that name a
local path. .gitidentity.example is the template for the per-clone
commit identity.
Generated from the site as it stands. Lines marked (unverified) and
sections marked to fill in still need confirming by hand.
Deploying from the branch publishes every file in it, including
AGENTS.md and docs/. The workflow stages the site without what
.pagesignore lists and fails if a doc asset from the README's table
would be published anyway. The README records that the Pages source
still has to be switched to GitHub Actions, and how.
