Float crepe and MORK on their default branch - #1986

crepe-plan-probe and dir-rmap-probe followed crepe branch `ccr-d3ce1263-ied9yh` (for `crepe_plan!`), and mork-pathmap-probe pinned MORK `rev = "de9312e3"` (the stable-Rust build). Both are now on the forks' `main`: crepe#1 and MORK#1 fast-forwarded those commits into `main`, so the probes float there. Internal AdaWorldAPI pins are prohibited. Resolution: crepe `main#d057161`, MORK `main#7dfc3aa`, PathMap `master#ef02591` (unchanged). mork-pathmap-probe tests pass locally.
