CORE MECHANICS, NO NEW KERNEL

Plan: docs/plans/n-facet-stride-bag-fold-v1.md

ndarray reads positions and executes lawful typed/masked folds; it does not own XVERWEIS, source GUID correspondence or source-specific codebooks. Existing simd_stride.rs exposes byte-position LUT shapes, not a general 128-bit GUID join. The core POC reuses OGAR cold correspondence and borrowed SoA, with DR routing and DT parity supplied upstream. Only an independently measured, owner-admitted new kernel can broaden cross-source execution.

Invariant and boundaries

  • DR: version-witnessed coordinate routing, not a Bag-only register or value evaluator.
  • DT: immutable class/method interpretation with late ClassView/WideFieldMask fields; historical data replay still requires source snapshots and layout.
  • OGAR: normalized, scoped Guid128 correspondence; backsynced AD msDS-ExternalDirectoryObjectId may carry User_{GUID}; distinguish AD objectGUID, sourceAnchor and Entra id.
  • Quack / mask-RISC / ndarray: admitted typed/masked folds over borrowed SoA lanes. simd_stride byte LUTs are not a completed cross-table GUID join; no unadmitted Gather/mask reuse.
  • POC: one joined logical SAP/PSCustomObject tile with reusable coordinate descriptors, no per-row object hydration; independent oracle, explicit cold/warm timings.
  • Outside the first POC: GridCraft formulas and XLSX parity, report-rs workbook convergence, Java runtime, Databricks/DataFusion, Codegraph adapter.

Draft plan only. No production implementation, owner admission, merge, runtime test or deploy is asserted.

Status: document-only architectural correction, reviewed against current source contracts on 2026-11-05.
