Summary

Reframes the ArchParser and CASim case studies around being the only designer, researcher, and front-end developer on both projects.

ArchParser

  • Card summary now leads with the solo role and the outcome.
  • Overview shows "Sole Product Designer, Researcher & Full-Stack Developer" and a Team line.
  • New "What I Did Alone" section covers research, design, and build.
  • Ownership is woven into decisions 1, 2, and 3, and a fourth lesson covers the tradeoff of owning every layer.

CASim

  • Card summary, Role, and a new Team line reflect the solo role, and note that the development team updated the source data.
  • New "What I did alone" section adds the research: stakeholder interviews, the data audit, and testing in MCP Inspector and Claude Desktop.
  • Ownership is added to the decision, build, and Reflections sections.

Review before merging

  • A few sentences are inferences from the facts provided, not direct statements. These are the CASim line about explaining the decision and answering for what the cleanup might miss, and the ArchParser line about carrying the confidence-score decision through to inline correction. Cut anything that isn't accurate.
  • The CASim research paragraph has no numbers yet (stakeholders interviewed, name variants found).
  • Not addressed here: the three IMAGE placeholders in CASim, the TODO screenshot in ArchParser, and missing alt text on the ArchParser slider.

Content only, no build or style changes. Merging to main triggers the live deploy; the Cloudflare preview will build on this PR.

Add "What I did alone" sections covering research, design, and build,
update role and team lines and card summaries, and weave ownership into
the key decisions, lessons, and reflections. CASim now includes the
research behind the data cleanup decision.

The problem story had no header, so it read as part of the new
"What I did alone" section above it.

…rser case studies

Carries over the sole-role facts, card summaries, What I did alone block,
ownership notes in decisions, and the added lessons.

Superseded by #407. The solo-ownership content from this PR (card summaries, sole role facts, the What I did alone block, ownership notes in the decisions, and the added lessons) has been carried into the new six-step case study pages there, because #407 rewrites both files. Closing to avoid a conflict.

The review notes still apply: a few sentences are inferences, and the CASim research paragraph has no numbers yet.
