What changed

Partner docs for what shipped: payouts via Wise with a readiness gate and tax form (cms#506, dash#723/#729/#740/#742), username v2 rules (cms#502, cms#514), and nav-v2 Your account paths (dash#736/#737).

• partners/payouts.mdx: step 1 is now Get ready to be paid under Your account > Payouts: legal name, payout method (Wise account email; bank in the legal name), tax form (W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E, or W-9 by the accountant). $10 becomes $20 everywhere; the blocked state is "Finish payout setup first" plus Go to Payouts; Affitor sends through Wise.
• partners/account-settings.mdx: Profile = Avatar, Your details (Full name, Email, Username, Country, Save), Website and social links (own Save), opened from the menu on the profile row > Your account. Username rules per CMS v2. Security under Your account > Login and security. Payout details: the readiness gate, PayPal no longer supported. Verify block updated.
• partners/faq.mdx: how to get paid, methods (PayPal not supported), new "Do I need a tax form?", minimum $20.
• partners/dashboard.mdx: "Settings" section becomes "Your account" (profile row at the bottom, Profile, Login and security, Payouts).
• partners/quickstart/get-your-referral-link.mdx: Invite via email is only on Referrals now.
• partners/quickstart/create-account.mdx: Skip for now means legal name and tax form are also needed before the first withdrawal.
• brand/quickstart/payouts.mdx: partners are paid through Wise; methods table; partners add legal name, method and tax form themselves; brands never see the tax form; minimum $20.

Not in this PR (on purpose):

• Admin "Download ready to pay (CSV)" and "Mark W-9 received": staff only, not public docs.
• Username v2 UI is not built; the live field still says "3-48" and "change it 3 times" (dash#700) while the CMS enforces 3-30 and one change per 14 days. Docs state the enforced rules, no UI labels; the mismatch was reported to the product team.
• Devices (sign out other devices): waits for QA.
• Brand menu paths are in a separate PR.

Docs should describe the payout and account flows that shipped, requested by the product team.
