fix: brand docs menu paths for nav v2 (Program settings, Your account)

Nav v2 (dash#736/#737) is live on prod: measured 17/10 by fetching the JS chunks of affitor.com/brand/settings and affitor.com/account/profile (Program settings, Your account, Login and security present; All settings and the Personal group absent). This PR updates every docs line that pointed at the old menus. Sources are on affiliate-dashboard origin/main f8a9bc9 and affiliate-cms tag v3.16.118 (07ec7c6).

Changes:

• brand/settings.mdx: "choose All settings" changed to Program settings in three places (intro, Step 1, Step 2). The intro now names Members and Billing in the same menu. Removed the Personal row and added one line: personal settings are under Your account (Profile, Login and security, Payouts). Image alts for program-menu.png and settings.png now describe only what the images show (see Media below).
• brand/api-keys.mdx: "Where to find it" step 1 now says Program settings. The VerifySuccess dashboard line now gives the full path.
• api-reference/mcp.mdx: brand path is now program menu > Program settings, then Developers › AI agents (lines 41, 178, 267). Partner path is now ⋯ menu > Integrations (41, 179, 268). The list_my_payouts note says "Payout account details, such as bank or Wise details, are never included". Source: cms src/mcp/reads/list-my-payouts.ts:5-9 (PAYOUT_SELECT never selects payment_method_details). Wise is a method in src/api/affiliate-payout/content-types/affiliate-payout/schema.json:49 (cms#506). PayPal is no longer offered (dash#723, src/components/Account/PayoutSettings.tsx:246-268).
• api-reference/errors.mdx: the rotation Fix paragraph and the Invalid API key row's fix column now give the real dashboard path.
• 8 integration pages (fastify, nextjs, nextjs-clerk, nextjs-nextauth, nextjs-supabase, node-express, polar, stripe), brand/tracking/quickstart-integration.mdx:53, support/glossary.mdx:61: "Settings → Program settings → Business" changed to "program menu → Program settings → Business". stripe.mdx also updates the API key and Stripe Connect prerequisites.
• brand/quickstart/setup-program.mdx:31, :44, :194: open Program settings from the program menu.
• brand/cli/commands.mdx:99, :225, :361, :362 and brand/cli/quickstart.mdx:107: the key regenerate path and the Connect Stripe path (program menu → Program settings → Payments, Connect Stripe).
• faq/index.mdx:30: "You can update your email later in account settings" was not true. Now: "Your sign-in email is shown read-only in Your account → Profile". Source: src/components/Account/ProfileSettings.tsx:547-554 (email input disabled). No other page changes the email (SecuritySettings.tsx has none). Same line: an em dash replaced by a colon.

Fee-free tier and refunds (money wording: needs Sơn's ok before merge)

The old line said refunds do NOT lower the revenue counted toward the $10,000 fee-free tier. cms#384 (merged 15/10, merge 88d86c9, in tags since v3.16.68) changed that. The new sentence is "A refund lowers the revenue counted toward it by the refunded amount, never by more than that sale added." Sources, all at v3.16.118:

• src/api/affiliate-fee/services/affiliate-fee.ts:10-16, :212: the tier is chosen from program.total_revenue.
• src/utils/revenue-counter.ts:1-6, :52-57: each sale records what it added. Every decrement (refund, void, fraud, test order) is capped at that amount, and the program total never goes below 0.
• src/api/affiliate-commission/services/commission-refund.ts:272-280: reverseCommissionForRefund takes back the refunded slice, or the whole remainder on a full refund. Every refund path calls it: v1-tracking.ts:1617 (track refund API), webhook-distributor.ts:2030 (Stripe), commission-dispute.ts:105, affiliate-invoice.ts:340.

Pages: getting-started/pricing-performance-model.mdx:51, brand/quickstart/commission-approval-cash-flow.mdx:119, faq/index.mdx:110, plus a new side-effect bullet in api-reference/track-refund.mdx (Side Effects).

Not changed, on purpose

• api-reference/errors.mdx:169, :188, :440 (message column) and public/docs/openapi.yaml:623 quote API response text verbatim. The CMS still sends "Affitor → Settings → API Key": cms src/utils/api-token.ts:58-60, src/api/cli/controllers/cli.ts:655. A CMS string update is a separate follow-up.
• content/changelog/* (hosted-mcp-server.mdx:34 "All settings", api-key-rotation.mdx, partner-links-on-approval.mdx): dated entries describe the UI as shipped.
• "Settings → API keys" in brand/api-keys.mdx:86, :106, :124 and brand/settings.mdx:96: the settings area is still titled "Settings" (SettingsSidebar.tsx:98, the "‹ Settings" header), so these are still accurate.
• content/docs/partners/** and brand/quickstart/payouts.mdx: owned by another PR.

Media

media: program-menu.png + settings nav image need a re-shoot (p476). public/docs/brand/program-menu.png still shows All settings / Team / Refer a brand / Log out. public/docs/brand/settings.png still shows the Personal > Your account group. Both images stay, and their alt text now describes only what they show.
