Since Wise payouts (cms#506, live in v3.16.116+), every partner signs a tax form before a withdrawal: W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E, or a W-9 that Affitor's accountant emails. Seven blog posts still said Affitor does not collect tax forms. This PR fixes only the Affitor facts; competitor rows and text are unchanged.
