fix(onboarding): 예외 message null 시 실패 스낵바 무음 케이스 수정 #475

실패 시 예외의 message 가 null 이면 실패가 사용자에게 전혀 표시되지 않는다 (무음 실패).

• FindIdViewModel.requestVerificationCode() 의 onFailure 가 errorMessage = error.message 로 null 을 그대로 UI state 에 넘긴다.
• OnboardingNavGraph 의 rememberFindIdEventHost 는 if (pendingErrorMessage != null) 분기라 null 이면 스낵바 자체가 뜨지 않는다. ifBlank { failedMessage } 폴백은 빈 문자열만 잡고 null 은 못 잡는다.
• SignUpViewModel 의 errorMessage = error.message 지점 2곳 + rememberSignUpEventHost 조합도 동일한 구멍.

수정: VM 에서 error.message ?: "" 로 수렴해 이벤트 호스트의 기존 ifBlank 폴백("요청에 실패했습니다." / "회원가입 실패")이 null-message 실패에도 발동하게 한다. FindIdViewModel.verifyCode() 의 verificationError = error.message ?: "" 가 선례. rememberFindIdEventHost 의 폴백 주석도 새 불변식(VM 이 "" 로 수렴 → 이 폴백이 null-message 실패 문구를 책임짐)으로 갱신한다.
