Summary

Monday’s scheduled security workflow failed on main (bc547a2, run 40294120045): pnpm audit (workspace), npm audit (docs-site), and Security Success.

Changes

Workspace pnpm.overrides

docs-site overrides

  • undici ^8.12.2 (lock 8.12.3)
  • vite ^8.1.6 (lock 8.3.5)
  • zod ^4.6.6 (lock 4.6.7)

ci(security): so this does not cut a product release.

Test plan

  • pnpm audit --audit-level=high --prod exits 0
  • docs-site: npm audit --audit-level=high --omit=dev exits 0 (remaining Scalar/ai-sdk lows + postcss-selector-parser moderate)
  • CI Success + Security Success (pnpm audit, docs-site npm audit, TypeScript lint/test, app image builds)

Notes for reviewers

Do not npm audit fix the Scalar/@ai-sdk chain — that still wants a Scalar downgrade. Leave better-auth on 1.6.x.

Monday's security cron failed pnpm audit --prod and docs-site npm audit
on high advisories: body-parser <2.4.0, undici <8.12.2, vite 8.0–8.1.5,
and zod <4.6.6. Remaining Scalar/ai-sdk and postcss-selector-parser
findings are low/moderate and do not trip the gate.
