Adds Selvedge to Graph, file, and local recall, with a 55-word description, release-pinned primary source, and documentation check date. Its distinction is structured decision history with rejected approaches and explicit revisions in local SQLite, accessed by MCP or CLI.
Validation: ran the existing TypeScript build and check scripts with Node.js 22 type stripping because Bun is not installed; generated README included.
Sources: release-pinned README, v0.3.17 release, and documentation. Selvedge is MIT-licensed and runs locally over stdio. I maintain the project.
