Summary

• renders the services dashboard as an accessible data table with keyboard-focusable sortable headers
• adds stable tri-state Name/Price/Created sorting (ascending, descending, none)
• adds a 300 ms debounced service-ID text filter and free/paid enum filter
• syncs page, sort, direction, query and price filter to shareable URL state and restores it on load/navigation
• resets pagination when filters change and distinguishes true-empty from filtered-empty results
• preserves service detail links and copy-ID actions

Focused regression coverage

Tests are authored for stable equal-key sorting, filter+URL sync, reload restoration, filtered-empty behavior, and page URL sync. No repository-wide suite/build was run from this connector-only seat, so no broad green claim is made.
