Bumps every Go module trivy 2026-09 flagged as fixable on the built gomplate binary. Verified `go mod tidy` + `go build ./cmd/gomplate`. golang.org/x/crypto v0.50.0 -> v0.55.0 golang.org/x/net v0.53.0 -> v0.58.0 golang.org/x/sys v0.44.0 -> v0.47.0 golang.org/x/text v0.36.0 -> v0.41.0 google.golang.org/grpc v1.79.3 -> v1.83.2 golang.org/x/mod -> v0.40.0 For stdlib CVE-2026-33818 the release workflow must build on Go 1.27.x. Bumps the go directive in go.mod (and cosign's Dockerfile FROM golang:) so the release workflow's setup-go@go-version-file rule picks Go 1.27.1 (currently-latest upstream stable) instead of 1.26.4. Bump every Go module trivy 2026-09 flagged as fixable, and bump the go directive so the release CI runs Go 1.27.1 (closes stdlib CVE-2026-33818 and related).
