Fixes CVE-2026-81870 (OpenTelemetry-Go exporter connection handling), which trivy reports on the gomplate binary shipped inside the gitlab-chart `gitlab-binary` image. Fixed version is otel/sdk 1.45.0; this repo was on 1.44.0. Bumps go.opentelemetry.io/otel, otel/metric, otel/trace, otel/sdk and otel/sdk/metric from v1.44.0 to v1.45.0, then `go mod tidy`. `go build ./...` passes.
