Encoding-Decoding-ogg-files

This is small programm with GUI. It is convert ogg file to pcm file and wav file to ogg file. The program is created on IDE Borland C++ Builder 6.

Compile

Open project file(OGG.bpr) in IDE C++ Builder6 and execute compile.
