Finding

The dynamic rare-chart import alert has no status/live-region semantics. Its dismiss button contains only a multiplication symbol and relies on title rather than a clear accessible name.

Acceptance criteria

• Announce the alert exactly once through an appropriate status or live region.
• Give the dismiss control a contextual accessible name.
• Add tests for the announcement and button name.
