This PR makes the table of contents use proper expandable sections so that the two index.md files in the acquire/upload/process and explore/qc/analyze sections actually work properly. This makes the missing find_data page visible.
I also cleaned up the current find_data page so it doesn't mention the dashboards anymore, they only show up in the top level page.
