Pin move

vendor/eliza: c7a9a0d7e7ea399ead4016727737d2d975f2d5ba -> fb6232523074e020dacc849cca5ed390d28b8d67 (elizaOS develop head, recorded as identical to develop on 2026-10-14).

Upstream PRs included (among others on develop):

Changes

  • upstream.lock.json, the submodule pointer, patches/eliza/native-manifest.json baseCommit (all 7 patch targets unchanged; git apply --check passes for every patch), scripts/ci/upstream-reachability.json (re-recorded; #36271 and #36261 added).
  • scripts/prepare-client-features.mjs pin guard (the voice projection inputs are unchanged) and scripts/combined-agent-source.mjs reviewed llama.cpp gitlink.
  • Engine rebuilt for both ABIs at the new source with scripts/prepare-embedding-host.mjs --build --remap-build-path (NDK 28.2, class B, symbol-checked: 85 eliza_inference_* exports including the six asr_stream_*, only JNI_OnLoad in the JNI, 16 KiB alignment). The voice host record names these engine bytes and is still qualified: false. The embedding host requalification note and candidate build now name the new pin.
  • Resident dependency audit re-recorded (the pacote GHSA-w4pp-8pjf-rmxw is no longer resolved, so its exception is removed; no new advisory). Third-party notices regenerated.
  • The status, requirements, inventory, fused-speech and verification docs name the new pin.

Tests

  • npm run upstream:verify, npm run upstream:prepare-client
  • npm run --ignore-scripts typecheck (also rerun after merging main)
  • node --test test/*.test.mjs: 1252/1252 passed
  • npm run verify: passed

Gaps (owner actions)

  • The voice host and embedding host still need human review and requalification at this engine. The engine's exported functions were not called, and no emulator, device or APK build was run.
  • The bundle assets and the voice-subset libparadeevoicejni.so were not rebuilt at this pin; their converters are unchanged.
  • No Android Gradle build or android:build:local was run.
  • Alpha Phone does not consume the new agent-event IPC feed yet, so interim live-voice text still does not reach the phone.

Move vendor/eliza from c7a9a0d7e7 to the elizaOS develop head fb62325230,
which contains the live agent-event feed over the private agent IPC
(elizaOS/eliza#36261, f7f3765d0a) and the Alpha Phone sign-in callback
contract (#36271), with the llama.cpp gitlink 56e70ff2 (upstream runtime
integration, voice ABI 18 unchanged). Reachability is identical to
develop; the seven patch targets are unchanged and every patch applies.

The engine and the app JNI were rebuilt for both ABIs at the new source
with scripts/prepare-embedding-host.mjs --build --remap-build-path (class
B, symbol-checked). The voice host record names those engine bytes and
stays unqualified; the embedding host requalification note and candidate
build now name this pin. Nothing was staged, packaged or executed.

The resident dependency audit is re-recorded at the pin (the pacote
advisory is no longer resolved, so its exception is removed) and the
notices are regenerated for the new engine identity. Status, requirements,
fused-speech and verification name the new pin.
