BackgroundNavigation.update() could run while start() was still awaiting startNavigation (a first location fix arriving during startup). Native has no session yet, so updateNavigation answers active:false and the new loss handling stopped the route and reported screen-off guidance as unavailable. Updates now wait until the native session has started, and an instruction that changed meanwhile is sent right after the start resolves. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Alpha sign-in stays in the app when Cloud or Google readiness fails. Email readiness is independent of optional Google configuration, Google MFA resumes inside Alpha with an active native attempt, and a successful email/MFA sign-in no longer reopens sign-in if the resident briefly fails to start and then recovers. Android callback configuration is enabled and linted.
The branch also fixes browser capability claims, stale native Maps ownership, and bounded opaque Maps identifiers, and incorporates the c95a native rebuild and separately recorded v9 Pixel deployment.
Validation at the review update:
npm run android:build:localcompleted preparation, workflow worker, runtime staging, all four standalone/launcher debug/release APK builds, lint and APK verification. Releases remain unsigned and non-distributable.npm run verifyran 1,819 tests: 1,813 passed, five skipped, one SMS JVM timeout under concurrent load. The unchanged SMS suite passed 12/12 on rerun; the remaining Notes flow and build/audit steps passed separately. This is not represented as a clean full-suite pass. Fresh CI is required.Evidence:
docs/evidence/pr616-auth-review-2026-10-24.jsonanddocs/evidence/open-work-audit-2026-10-24.json. Tests use synthetic native/provider boundaries. This review did not install a new APK, boot a new image, authenticate a live account or establish device acceptance. Cloud registration/Google callback operator configuration, production signing and other release gates remain open. GitHub requires independent approval of the final push.
