Summary

This PR changes the graph content for ArcForges-Design AD-0021 (Design PR #39, which merges first). It changes no policy. Serial delivery, the single active task, delegation limits, independent review and merge gates are all unchanged.

New milestone MC — Central access and Go center (after M3), with tasks AF-CTR-01 … AF-CTR-11. They are serial, and dependencies are real only:

# Task Depends on
15 AF-CTR-01 Go contract bindings: generation, publication and compatibility AF-CON-01
16 AF-CTR-02 Go center foundation, PostgreSQL store and engineering controls AF-CTR-01
17 AF-CTR-03 Accounts, sessions and devices on the center AF-CTR-02
18 AF-CTR-04 Node sign-in and node credentials AF-CTR-03, AF-NODE-01, AF-DP-02
19 AF-CTR-05 Node channel and center-routed execution AF-CTR-04, AF-EXEC-02, AF-SEC-01
20 AF-CTR-06 Node files and workspaces for center-routed callers AF-CTR-05
21 AF-CTR-07 Center MCP AF-CTR-06
22 AF-CTR-08 Local stdio adapter to the center AF-CTR-07
23 AF-CTR-09 Retained server domains on PostgreSQL and retirement of the C# center AF-CTR-08
24 AF-CTR-10 Central architecture end-to-end acceptance AF-CTR-09
25 AF-CTR-11 Verification wall-clock measurement and optimization AF-CTR-10

Superseded, with successors named in the notes:

  • AF-LAN-01/02/03: out of current delivery, with no successor; LAN becomes roadmap RM-19.
  • AF-CLD-01: replaced by AF-CTR-02 and AF-CTR-09.
  • AF-CLD-04 and AF-CLD-05: replaced by AF-CTR-05.
  • AF-ID-01: replaced by AF-CTR-03, which carries AR-14 and H-19.
  • AF-MCP-01: replaced by AF-CTR-07 and AF-CTR-08.

Re-targeted to the Go center, with dependencies corrected:

  • AF-PLAT-01, AF-ID-02, AF-WEB-02, AF-CLD-03, AF-SUP-01, AF-CLD-06, AF-WEB-03, AF-COM-01, AF-CLD-07, AF-AND-01, AF-AND-02, AF-OPS-01, AF-AI-01, AF-AI-02, AF-DESK-01 and AF-PROD-01.
  • AF-CLD-02 keeps only phone pairing.
  • AF-ACC-01 drops its LAN dependencies and adds AF-CTR-10.

Other changes:

  • Milestones: M9 is marked superseded, and M7, M10, M11 and M12 have adjusted wording.
  • Acceptance register: AR-03 is superseded and kept as history. New AR-23 covers a real platform passkey.
  • Roadmap:
    • RM-19 (LAN distribution) and RM-20 (per-account Durable Object hub) are accepted.
    • RM-01 and RM-05 are dropped, each with a reason.
    • RM-02 and RM-03 point at RM-19.
  • Execution prompt §1 now states the center model and the editions and hosting rules of AD-0021.
  • Ledger: superseded records for the eight tasks, plus one plan record. The implementation authorization note follows with AF-CTR-01's start record.

Verification

  • python tools/plan.py validate --design <Design branch>: 0 errors (63 tasks, 17 milestones).
  • python <Design>/tools/check_design.py --plan delivery-graph.json: 0 errors.
  • python -m unittest discover -s tests: OK.
  • Host statuses come from python eng/verify.py run-and-report on each host. They are re-run after Design Record MR-75 fixed; add MR-79; extend MR-78 #39 merges, against the new Design main.

…ed (AD-0021)

Add AF-CTR-01..AF-CTR-11 after M3 with their real dependencies; supersede AF-LAN-01/02/03, AF-CLD-01,
AF-CLD-04, AF-CLD-05, AF-ID-01 and AF-MCP-01 with named successors; re-target the remaining cloud, web,
Android and AI tasks to the Go center with corrected dependencies; AR-03 superseded and AR-23 added;
roadmap RM-19 and RM-20 accepted, RM-01 and RM-05 dropped; execution prompt §1 states the center model.
Serial delivery, the single active task, delegation limits, review and merge gates are unchanged.

Carry the superseded tasks' work to named owners: AF-CLD-04 re-scoped to fleet watch, node telemetry and
channel controls on the Go center (not superseded); AF-CTR-05 gains signed routed calls, the late-expiry
refusal and the MR-08 adopted-task cancel deny; AF-CTR-02 gains key handling, structural cost bounds,
observability, the recorded tooling choice, the Go practice record and external-PR coverage; AF-CTR-06
gains minimal WorkspaceService registration (trimmed from AF-WS-01); AF-CTR-07 serves every M-tool whose
node API is delivered with conformance suites, and AF-DIAG-01, AF-AI-01, AF-WS-01 and AF-STOR-01 add the
rest. AF-CTR-09 depends on AF-CTR-07; AF-WEB-01's W-03 follows AD-0021 §13; AF-DESK-02 owns D-16 sign-in;
AF-PLAT-01 lists the center surfaces and Neon dimensions. Register references follow the successors,
H-07 covers plan contents under center access, and the Durable Object hub is exploratory EX-28.

AF-CTR-04 owns the node key and the center key exchange; AF-CTR-05 bounds local submission to HUMAN
callers recorded as local-diagnostic; AF-CLD-04 depends on AF-CLD-03; AF-CTR-02 writes the provisioning
script (H-20 re-pointed); AF-PROD-01 uses the center surface names; AF-CLD-05's reason cites AD-0021 §10.

Independent review record

One independent reviewer, who did not author either change, reviewed this PR together with ArcForges-Design #39. The review ran through the MCP hosts against the owner's migration instruction and the Plan rules (AGENTS.md, execution-policy.md, delivery-procedure.md, roadmap.md §4).

Round 1, at 9ed5e68: changes required.

  • P-1: AF-CTR-06 had no workspace registration.
  • P-2: work from superseded tasks was not carried by successors:
    • the MCP tools and conformance of AF-MCP-01;
    • fleet watch and telemetry from AF-CLD-04;
    • the MR-08 and late-expiry rules of AF-CLD-05;
    • key handling and cost bounds from AF-CLD-01.
  • P-3: AF-WEB-01 W-03 still stated the withdrawn promise.
  • Non-blocking: P-4 to P-7.

Round 2, at 548dfb9: approved.

  • AF-CLD-04 is re-scoped onto the Go center, not superseded.
  • AF-CTR-05 carries signed calls, the MR-08 rule and the late-expiry refusal.
  • AF-CTR-06 gains minimal WorkspaceService registration; AF-WS-01 is trimmed to match.
  • AF-CTR-07 serves every M-tool whose node API is delivered, with conformance acceptance. AF-DIAG-01, AF-AI-01, AF-WS-01 and AF-STOR-01 add the remaining tools.
  • AF-CTR-02 gains key handling, cost bounds, observability, the recorded tooling choice, the Go practice record and external-PR coverage.
  • The register is re-pointed and H-07 widened. The Durable Object hub becomes EX-28.

Round 3, at 588530d: approved; no new findings.

  • N-1: AF-CTR-04 owns the node key and the center key exchange.
  • N-2: AF-CTR-05 bounds local submission.
  • N-3: AF-CLD-04 depends on AF-CLD-03.
  • N-4: AF-CTR-02 writes the provisioning script.
  • N-5: AF-PROD-01 uses the new surface names.
  • N-6: the AF-CLD-05 supersession reason was corrected.

Reviewer's checks on each head:

  • plan.py validate --design: 0 errors, 63 tasks, 17 milestones.
  • check_design.py --require-protoc --plan: 0 errors.
  • sequence.md matches the generated output.
  • next returns AF-CTR-01.
  • Ledger: main's 152 lines are byte-identical; 8 well-formed lines are appended.
  • No delivered or complete task changed. Serial delivery policy is unchanged.

Host statuses at 588530d, re-run after Design #39 merged (design-main = de632d3866ac8e05941b793642876011b8a74d7c in both legs' summary.json):

  • arcforges/linux: 4 steps passed in 26 s.
  • arcforges/windows: passed in 5 s.
