Requesting hard reset to commit id 459735b

The network documentation which was overhauled in several pull requests last year is outdated, incorrect, and missing information that the old documentation had. This has already caused several problems in development so far, and it's impossible to know what else is wrong without essentially redoing the entire overhaul. I'm requesting permission to forcibly reset to a commit from before these changes were made.

It might be better to update, correct and add the documentation rather than do a hard revert, potentially missing other parts of the docs that have been added later.

Unfortunately a few things slipped through the cracks in the network doc overhaul. The previous network doc page still lives here just in case, nothing was outright deleted.

I did a comparison of 459735b now and added a few thing that were missing, please review: #59
