feat(home): update personalization feature section

Summary

This PR updates the homepage Personalization feature section with new UI elements and supporting SVG assets.

• Updated the Personalization feature section.
• Added a document icon for the feature content.
• Added a user icon for the personalization content.
• Improved the visual presentation and consistency of the section.
• Added SVG assets to the homepage image directory.
