Implementation

This changes documentation only. documentation/architecture/decisions/D535.md gets a new section, "Decided, 2026-10-06".

• 1A, currency. A fund's size currency is derived from its list's name (EUR_SOURCE). There is no size_currency column and no migration. This replaces the earlier "currency column" item under "Not done here".
• 2A, the third list. It is imported once its file is in the repository. The two ways to supply it are stated: a CSV export committed under attached_assets/, or allowing docs.google.com in the agents' environment.

The "Still open" line now names only the missing file.
