The configured MCR repository returns MANIFEST_UNKNOWN for chart 0.19.6, and both Helm chart jobs fail fetching this exact reference. Dependency vendoring runs before rendering and packaging, so this pin prevents building the umbrella chart or installing it from source. Select a published chart version and validate its defaults before updating this dependency.

The configured OCI registry has no kueue:0.19.6 chart. Clean dependency vendoring therefore fails with FetchReference ... not found, blocking the umbrella chart build and release packaging. Use a published chart version, or publish the target artifact before selecting it here.
