Summary

Integrates the final Board-provided content into the Resources page, replacing all placeholder resources with useful links for BMDIB families, volunteers, and the Mandarin Dual Immersion community.

Changes

• Replaced placeholder content with five Board-provided resources.
• Organized resources into three categories:
  • School & District Resources
    • BUSD Volunteer Information
    • Ruskin PTA
    • Sierramont PTSA
  • BMDIB Resources
    • Volunteer Reimbursement Form
  • Mandarin Education & Community
    • Association of Northern California Chinese Schools (ANCCS)
• Added short descriptions for each resource.
• Clarified that volunteer reimbursement is available only for preapproved expenses.
• Updated the PageHeader introduction.
• Applied var(--color-surface) to the content background.
• Maintained responsive styling and consistent typography.
• Configured external links to open in new tabs with appropriate security attributes.

Testing

• Verified all five resource links.
• Confirmed external links open in new tabs.
• Reviewed layout on desktop.
• Reviewed layout on mobile.
• Confirmed no placeholder content remains.
• Ran npm run build successfully.
• Verified the page on the staging website.
