I lead data and BI for a multichannel e-commerce operation, working between data engineering, analytics and the business. I take a need from the first conversation with directors and managers, map the sources, model the data, automate the pipeline and deliver governed information that people trust to make decisions.
10+ years in data, logistics and e-commerce operations. Postgraduate in Business Intelligence & Analytics. Languages: Portuguese (native), English and Spanish (intermediate).
- Data platform – Microsoft Fabric / Power BI Service: dataflows, semantic models, Incremental Refresh, on-premises gateway, workspaces, permissions and licensing.
- Data engineering – end-to-end pipelines from SQL and APIs to published dashboards; dimensional modeling (star schema); ETL/ELT.
- Analytics – advanced DAX and Power Query (M), model and performance tuning, data storytelling.
- Governance – documented KPIs and business rules, metric versioning, data quality, controlled access.
- Leadership – technical lead of a data team, project delivery, mentoring, advisory work with directors and business areas.
