Updates the icon modal to display the `label` property of a collection if it exists, falling back to the `name` property if not. This allows for more user-friendly and descriptive names for icon collections in the UI.
Improves user experience by adding tooltips to icon selector buttons, displaying the icon's label or name on hover. This enhancement provides clarity and context for each icon, facilitating easier selection.
Removes the push trigger from the quality-js workflow to avoid redundant checks. The workflow is primarily intended for pull requests.
