Release 1.0.0

Sets up the basic structure for the Blockparty Icons plugin, including:
- Core plugin files and directory structure
- Build process and scripts
- Initial blocks and components
- Editor configuration and assets
- CI workflows for PHP and JS code quality
- Standard files such as .distignore, .editorconfig and README.md

This commit lays the groundwork for adding custom SVG icons in the WordPress editor and enables streamlined development workflows.
Removes the parent "icons" block and associated components.
Changes the "icon" block to be a standalone block, allowing for more flexible usage.
Updates the block editor to reflect these changes, removing unnecessary dependencies and code related to the parent "icons" block.
Moves and renames editor styles to align with the new block structure.
Improves security by sanitizing SVG content using `wp_kses` with a predefined set of allowed elements and attributes.

This change introduces a new helper class, `SvgKses`, to manage the allowed SVG elements and attributes. It replaces the previous inline array definition with a more maintainable and extensible approach. It also allows developers to filter the allowed elements and attributes.
Updates template filenames to improve clarity and consistency.

Specifically, renames 'icon-item.php' to 'default.php' and the related
icon-specific templates to 'icon-raw.php' and 'icon-sprite.php' to
better reflect their purpose.
Simplifies the icon loading logic by using an else statement to load the raw icon template.

This ensures that the raw icon template is loaded by default unless the sprite icon type is explicitly selected.
Adds a theme.json file to define theme settings
such as spacing sizes and block gap.

This allows for consistent spacing throughout the theme
and provides a foundation for further customization.
Renames the helper file and updates namespaces to reflect the new structure.

Refactors the icon block to use consistent attribute names, changing `iconColorValue` to `iconColor`.

Removes deprecated code related to a previous version of the block to declutter codebase.
Adds padding reset and ensures background color is transparent.

The padding reset ensures better layout control within the block editor. Moving the background style ensures it only applies when the block has a background.
add polyfilled version of `wp_cache_*_salted` functions and refactor the
methods in `CollectionItemsFactory` to use them. This allow to reuse existing
cache keys and avoid wasting memory with outdated data.
The version is used for cache busting in sprite URLs.
Instead of storing the full icon's content in the attributes, store the
collection's name instead. This is then used in the dynamic render to get
the icon and its content.
Updates the border radius control to accept CSS units.

This change allows users to define border radius with units like px, em, rem, etc., providing more flexibility in styling the block.
The `borderRadius` attribute type is changed to string to accommodate different units.
Also replaces the RangeControl with a UnitControl to allow users to enter the units.
Improves the visual consistency and appearance of modals
by adjusting height, adding borders to the sidebar, and
removing unnecessary borders from panels.
Improves performance by debouncing the "icons per page" setting.

This avoids excessive preference updates and refetches when the user adjusts the slider, persisting the new value only after a short delay.
Enhances the icon modal sidebar by ensuring its content is scrollable and maintains its position when the modal content exceeds the viewport.

This change also addresses minor UI adjustments to improve the user experience.
Updates the author URI to reflect the correct company website.

This ensures accurate attribution and provides users with the
correct link for author information.
Updates labels for icon link and preview features to improve clarity and user experience.

Specifically:
- Changes 'Icon preview size' to 'Preview of icon sizes' for better description
- Updates 'Link' toolbar button label to 'Remove link' or 'Add a link' depending on the link status
- Adds context to 'Label of %s' translation string.
- Adds context to 'Link label' translation string.
- Adds context to 'Briefly describe the link to help screen reader users.' translation string.
Adds the French translation files (.po, .mo, and .json) for the Blockparty Icons plugin.

This introduces full French language support, improving accessibility and user experience for French-speaking users.
Sets up the basic structure of the theme, including header, footer, and index files.

These files include the necessary WordPress functions for theme functionality.
Adds a `wp:cli` script to `package.json` for easier interaction with the wp-env CLI.

Includes instructions in the README for testing the block with
other blocks from the Blockparty suite, using the new `wp:cli`
script.
Improves the user experience by providing a button to add an icon when none is selected.

Streamlines the visual appearance of icon-related elements and ensures consistency in the editor.
Removes legacy theme files that are no longer relevant in the refactored PHP structure.

Adds a parent theme declaration in the `style.css` to align with the intended theme structure.
Updates the French translation file with a new translation and updates to existing translations.

The change includes the addition of a translation for "Add an icon".

The update ensures the French translation is up-to-date.
Delays the invocation of `getInFlight` within `getCollections` and `getIcons` to optimize performance by only calling it when the cache doesn't contain the requested data. This reduces unnecessary calls to `getInFlight` when the data is readily available in the cache, leading to improved efficiency.
Adds configuration for using Blockparty plugins within the local .wp-env development environment.

This includes:
- Adding required repositories to composer
- Setting the install path for wordpress-plugin types
- Declaring required Blockparty plugins as composer dependencies
- Updating the .wp-env.json file to include the Blockparty plugins
- Ignoring plugin paths in .gitignore

These changes ensure a consistent and reproducible development environment with the necessary plugins for testing.
Adds a workflow to check if the plugin version specified in the .plugin-data file already exists as a tag. This prevents accidental overwrites of existing releases.

The workflow extracts the version from the .plugin-data and verifies its uniqueness before a pull request can be merged to main.

Configures Composer with authentication details for private repositories.

This allows the workflow to access and install dependencies from
private Composer repositories by setting the necessary credentials.
Updates the node setup action to v4.

Configures the node version to use the value defined in package.json, ensuring consistency and removing the hardcoded node version.
Updates the Composer configuration to use the `http-basic` format for authenticating with the repository.
This change ensures that authentication credentials are correctly passed to Composer when accessing private repositories.
