BentoBox 3.23+ is compiled for Java 25, so JDK 21 cannot compile against it. Use JDK 25 (Temurin) in the build and Modrinth publish workflows. The build workflow used the discontinued AdoptOpenJDK distribution, which has no JDK 25, so switch it to Temurin. JaCoCo 0.8.13 cannot instrument Java 25 classes, so bump it to 0.8.15.
