CCI analysis for imaging-based ST data

Hi,

Thanks for developing the great tool for ST analysis. I've gone through the tutorial for Xenium data, and I'm wondering whether it works for samples without image data, i.e., only with cell by gene matrix and spatial locations. Because I will use it for other platforms like MERSCOPE and CosMx which may not have the same raw data structure.
