Release GasBench v0.11.3 with ten 34data datasets

Summary

• Add seven audio and three video datasets hosted by 34data.
• Pin each dataset to its published Hugging Face revision and use its ZIP archive format.
• Bump the package version to 0.11.3.

Validation

• Parsed both config files with GasBench's dataset config loader.
• Confirmed that GasBench's Hugging Face listing code finds the expected archives at all ten pinned revisions.
• Ran git diff --check.
