What

Release builds now run the built executable against an isolated temporary home before packaging or upload. The check changes vehicle mass and aero, edits a short 3 DOF maneuver, runs a bundled subprocess, and archives its outputs. It verifies the edited mass and speed in the solved signals, the PDF, archived vehicle and tire data, Signal Explorer loading, replay loading, and the bundled physics fingerprint.

Stacked on #134. A failed check stops release packaging. Existing user data is not used.

How to check

Built the actual macOS onedir app and passed the bundled simulation, report, signal, and replay checks. All 85 app-shell tests pass. Lint and type checking pass. The release workflow runs this check on Linux, Windows, and macOS.

CI

GitHub lint, type checking, full tests, and PR-description checks pass. Container-toolchain CI is blocked by the OpenModelica download timeout.

Linux, Windows, and macOS all pass the release build and bundled simulation check in the non-publishing validation run. No release was published.
