Description

Story: BI-2948 - Sample Submission Download

Removed option to download sample submission lookup file
Added option to download sample submission file and linked it to relevant backend endpoint

bi-api: feature/BI-2948

Testing

• Navigate to Sample Submission details
  -- check "Download Lookup File" no longer an option under Manage Submission
  -- check "Download Sample Submission" is an option under Manage Submission
  -- check "Download Sample Submission" creates file with expected columns in correct order as outlined in acceptance criteria
  -- check "Download Sample Submission" creates file name in format SampleSubmission
  -- check "Download Sample Submission" creates file with correct info (make sure to try case with each of columns having values filled in import file)
  -- check "Download Sample Submission" creates file sorted by PlateID > Column > Row
