Hello Kevin, thanks for your interest in the PLM 😊 I must say I'm not quite sure about this change. The thing is not about giving more visibility to your project, which would be perfectly fine, but about the visualizations that you would have and not us. The link that you changed and that is now dead was an inventive representation of the algorithms to help the understanding of the students. A bit like the temporal view that we have, but still different. What's too bad is that I totally forgot about the details of this view nowadays. I just remember that it was innovating and interesting to help the students. What would we need to add to the PLM to make the same visualizations than on Coddy? I think we are on par, are we not? a screenshot or a more specific URL would be welcome, at least in the PR comments. Again, thanks for your interest, |

Thanks for the careful reply, Martin. You're right to ask. Coddy's sorting pages animate the array as bars, one step at a time, with controls for speed and array size, for example https://coddy.tech/visualize/sorting/quick-sort. sorting.at was a different kind of picture, so it isn't a like-for-like replacement for that TODO. sorting.at is still archived at http://web.archive.org/web/20161217083139/http://sorting.at/ if it helps you remember the view. If you'd rather keep the TODO pointing at that idea, I'm happy to change the PR to the archived link instead, or close it. |

Closing as discussed, since Coddy's view isn't a like-for-like replacement for the sorting.at idea. Thanks for the careful look, Martin. |
sorting.at now redirects to an Austrian news site. This points the TODO item about other graphical representations to Coddy's sorting visualizations, which animate each algorithm step by step. The obsolete
#~entries in the .po files are left alone.Disclosure: I work on Coddy.
