Renames the "advanced" directory, identifiers (advanced_git, init_advanced_repo, reset_advanced_repo) and every reference across docs, workflows and slides to "beyond", matching the course's current display name "Git: Beyond the Basics" (see #172).

Headless Chrome numbers the tagged-PDF accessibility structure tree with node ids drawn from a per-run counter, unrelated to document content. This made the PDF differ on every rebuild even when nothing changed, causing CI to push a no-op "updated" commit on every push to a PR that had ever touched the slide sources. Renumber the node ids deterministically by first appearance, alongside the existing CreationDate/ModDate normalization.

Renames the "advanced" directory, identifiers (advanced_git, init_advanced_repo, reset_advanced_repo) and every reference across docs, workflows and slides to "beyond", matching the course's current display name "Git: Beyond the Basics" (fixes #172).
Additionally, the slides PDFs are now bit-identical on re-build if there are no source changes (fixes #175).
