Move CO_storageBlank.c/.h and OD.c/h from CANopenNode_STM32 to examples folder.

CO_app_STM32.c/.h and CO_driver_STM32.c/.h are generic files.
CO_storageBlank.c/.h and OD.c/h are example code.
In my opinion the folder structure should not be split or the mentioned files should be moved to the examples folder.

OD.* and DS301_profile.* should be moved into example folder.
