Upgrade elasticsearch

Consider whether we need to upgrade elasticsearch and if so, to what version. This relates especially to making changes in the API for Habeas, see CDRH/orchid#228

Can we run two versions of elasticsearch at once? This will be needed if we are going to upgrade

You can run two versions at once on my mac, but they will be on different ports. You would have to post the indexes to them separately.
