In Example 01, when running /nfs/chess/user/x-cite/CHAP_diffraction pipeline.yaml, the following warning message appeared twice.
common.FabioImageReader: WARNING: Unable to find /nfs/chess/user/x-cite/data/example_01/h5/detector_data_*.h5 during validation
Despite the warnings, the process continued after a few seconds each time and ultimately completed successfully.
It would be helpful to understand why this warning is being triggered. Since this example is intended as training material, I think it is important to avoid advising workshop participants to ignore warning messages, as this is not a recommended practice.
Ideally, the root cause of the warning should be identified and resolved.
